Offerings
Individual Sessions
60 - 90 minutes
An individual session with Nikki is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and express yourself through creative exploration. In a safe, supportive space, you’ll work with a variety of artistic mediums—like paint, clay, pastels, or natural materials—to uncover what’s stirring within.

Each session is guided by your unique needs and intentions. Whether you’re looking to ease stress, process emotions, or simply tap into your creative self, Nikki meets you exactly where you are, with compassion and curiosity.

No art experience is necessary, just a willingness to explore. These 60–90 minute sessions are a time to breathe, to create, and discover new layers of insight and healing, one brushstroke at a time.

“Nikki Moon is able to skillfully and compassionately guide art which unlock creativity and allow for gentle exploration and insight . As a therapist, I see the work Nikki Moon offers as being complementary to Inner Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Inner child work, and generally expanding knowledge and care of our inner selves. She brings a lifetime of study, activism, group work, and art to her facilitation, which allows for safe space to go deep.”

“I have had the honor of attending creative art sessions with Nikki now for a number of years. She has a unique gift of offering art in inviting and accessible ways to touch far deeper and get a true glimpse of what is going on beneath the surface while allowing space for exploration, self reflection and fun to come through. I love that I never know what to expect when coming to a session, but always leave with profound insight and a deeper sense of my own path and purpose.”

Meet Nikki
Nikki is an artist, educator, and therapeutic guide with more than 30 years of professional art experience and a deep commitment to creative healing.
